It's Caturday! LOL

Yea, I know it's Saturday - but I love kitties and my favorite kitty site calls it Caturday and says EVERY day is Caturday, lol. I am home for the weekend, thank God. Have to go out of town again for a minimum of the next 4 weeks during the week. Very possibly, another 8 weeks after that, albeit a little closer to home (still a 2+ hour drive, though). (I have a job, I have a job, I have a job. And health insurance. Just keep saying it.)

Anyway! I have been trying to keep up the water thing, albeit a little nervously. No diuretic all week. My current clothes still fit. I don't feel bloated. My BP is still not ideal, but the diastolic in 70's-80's, so not too freaked. And after putting on a good 6-7 pounds of water weight, it seems to be going down again, 3# gone at this point. Thank God. LOL. I know I should go by size and how I feel and all that, but I'm sorry - seeing my weight go up like that freaked me the hell out. So I am hoping what is leaving me now is actually fat. I am keeping on with it. And I did do the treadmill on Thursday night at the hotel and plan to today and tomorrow. Yesterday there was no way, with having to be at work at 7am until 3:30pm and then drive 3 hours home in the afternoon. I was wiped when I got home. I feel pretty good today. :-) I am also going to start with the suggested supplements for BP - most of which I was taking when I started the diet, and already have. 3-4 grams sea salt (some from food and some in the water), 1 gram calcium, 400-800 mg magnesium, 2000-4000 mg potassium. And kelp for the iodine, since sea salt doesn't have iodine and it's necessary. Plus my previous vitamin C (5000 mg at least), 500 mg proline, vitamin A and E from the Pauling therapy. I still believe that will help, too. ;-) Oh, and 3000 mg chromium for insulin/glucose.

All I know is, I have to keep working at it. I cannot go back to previous weight and feeling like crap all the time. So - Here we go. :-D
