TGIF!!! Cue "Bang the Drum"!!TGIF!!! And good news all around so far.
I am down another 1.5# today!!!! 167.5 and a happy camper! My hiney is about to treadmill it right now, hence a short post.
Glucose 97 this morning on the more reliable meter. ;-)
I found a new wine that is only 2.41 carbs in 5 ounces, and I love it. Also a raspberry cheese to go with it that is a wonderful pair. My new fav treat. I will post more on that later.
Life is gooooooood.
